This sundae is so good for you. That's right this sundae is made completely of ingredients that you can pronounce and want to put into your body unlike many other sundaes offered to you; like this Burger King brownie sundae. Let's just look at the first three ingredients in it; sugar, enriched bleached and unbleached flour, partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils. And now we'll take a look at the first three ingredients in the brownie sundae pictured above; dates, oats, and agave.

Ultimately the decision on which one you want to eat is yours, just remember that mine includes peanut butter ;)

Raw Brownie Sundae

makes 2 sundaes

Brownies:
1/2 cup dates
1/4 cup oats
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon agave
1 tablespoon cacao
1 tablespoon ground flax

In a food processor blend together ingredients and your brownies are made! Just split the mixture into two and form your brownies. Set aside.

Ice Cream:
2 frozen bananas
Almond Milk Vanilla

In a food processor (I didn't clean the food processor so that I had little pieces of brownie in the ice cream) blend together bananas and a small splash of vanilla. If needed, add very small amounts of almond milk until you reach a desired consistency. Split ice cream into two servings and place on top of brownies adding adding nut butters, chocolates, fruits, etc.

Serve, enjoy!
