You tell yourself it’s not worth it, sitting there sipping your Mountain Valley Spring water, and ignore the fact that this decision could be based on one very powerful thing - fear.

I’ve been there. I was the one abstaining from living a balanced life because I was afraid of gluten, dairy, conventional produce, PUFAs, mold, germs, chemtrails, plastic, EMFs, polyester leggings, and tap water. While all of these things can be removed or abstained from during specific times or circumstances, generally speaking the extremism of it all is causing much more damage than drinking out of the plastic water bottle.
