Crunchy graham cracker crumbles and dark chocolate surrounding soft, rich caramel sauce. YES. PLEASE.
I've been keeping a container of these in the fridge and popping a few in my mouth when I'm feeling like getting a little sugar rush going on. And let's be real, that's pretty often!
CHOCOLATE CARAMEL CANDY
2 1/4 cup dates
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tablespoon buckwheat groats
1 teaspoon lucuma
3.5 oz. chocolate
Graham cracker crumbs
Blend together dates, walnuts, cacao powder, buckwheat groats, lucuma until dough forms. Remove from blender and roll into small balls. Melt chocolate and dip balls into melted chocolate. Top with graham cracker crumbs. Serve, enjoy!
Store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
