Valentine's Day Smoothie Bowl

I'm currently laying in bed not feeling that great. I have a cold but I am rarely sick, so when I get sick it's quite terrible. I use it as an excuse to do nothing and just hibernate in bed eating banana ice cream.

I decided to take a rest day from the gym today because I'm not feeling too hot and when I skip a gym day then you know it's a pretty big deal. So anyways, I went to work today and sneezed my way through the day and then stopped by the grocery store to pick up some fresh fruits. I came home and made this pretty, vibrant smoothie bowl/banana ice cream. Oh my gosh, so delicious. I savored every chilly bite of this tasty treat.

With Valentine's Day coming up soon, this is the perfect treat to make for a little bit of self care. I can't think of many better ways to show yourself a little love than with this effortless, delectable bowl of goodness!
