Green Smoothie Breakfast Bowl

Every morning I wake up and this is how it goes.

Meditate. Yoga. Writing + Water. Shower. Breakfast.

I don't think I've had the same breakfast twice this year. Seriously! Almost every morning I break out the Vitamix and make some type of smoothie, smoothie bowl, or banana ice cream. People ask me how I don't get tired of bananas and the reason is because there are so many different things that you can make with bananas. So many different combos and creations to come up with. It's awesome and exciting to see what you can come up with each morning when breakfast time rolls around.

This is a simple recipe for a delicious green smoothie breakfast bowl that I came up with this morning. You could probably come up with the same thing or even something better but this is simply inspiration to get into the kitchen and create awesome breakfasts every morning. There's nothing better than sitting down to enjoy a breakfast that you spent time and loving energy on creating. It sets the tone for your whole day!

Green Smoothie Breakfast Bowl

serves 1

Smoothie Bowl:
3 frozen bananas
1/2 cup coconut water
Large handful of spinach

Toppings:
2 mangoes
Chia Seeds
Granola
Coconut Shreds
Goji Berries

Blend together smoothie bowl ingredients. Pour into bowl and top with mangoes, chia seeds, granola, coconut shreds, goji berries, and anything else that you'd like!
