My sister graduated high school at the end of last month and that's really strange to me because I feel like I could still be in high school. But nope, that ended 5 years ago and thank god for that. High school totally wasn't my thing, for many reasons. But no need to dwell on that because it's all over with and so is my sisters high school experience.
So to celebrate we threw her a graduation party, of course. I wanted to make something to take that I could share with everyone. I ended up making these but not sharing them with the whole crowd. Just a select bunch of people that I was really excited to share them with. Whoops! I think the same thing will happen to you though if you give it a shot. Good luck!
Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites
1 bag of pretzel twists, I used these
2 cups dates
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter
1/4 cup water
1 chocolate bar, melted.
Blend together dates, powdered peanut butter, and water until smooth. Remove from blender and place in refrigerator to set up a bit. That will make it easier to roll them out. In the meantime set out pretzels on pan. Once dough is chilled, remove from refrigerator and roll out little balls. Place on pretzels and top with another pretzel. Continue process until all of the dough has a home between pretzels. Top with a chocolate drizzle. Serve, enjoy!
