As someone who has been on an arduous healing journey, I get it. From toxic mold recovery, Lyme disease, to navigating unexpected deaths, and everything in between I have been on that roller coaster of inconsistency spiritually. I have shown up to my practices and didn’t feel that connection I craved. I have sought new practices without letting the current create a home in my heart. It can feel like you’re doing it all right but you’re not seeing the world with the vibrancy that you know is possible to tap into.
