So as a lot of you probably know, Western Pennsylvania isn't the most luxurious when it comes to weather. But yesterday was beautiful! I woke up, made pancakes, painted, and then went for a run. I was determined to do this big loop that's near my house. It has plenty of hills and beautiful scenery. It ended up being 7 miles! I don't know the last time I ran that far. Probably in January. I felt so accomplished.
So after my beautiful workout I decided to mess around outside a little because it was SO NICE. I'm talking like 75 degrees at 9 a.m. I haven't witness that since last September probably so I was practically in tears of joy.
Crow pose is the only "fancy" yoga pose I can do at the moment. I'm still a little shaky at it sometimes, but it's a work in progress just like everything else.
I really want to improve my fitness overall. My routines are never the same and I try to keep it as well rounded as I can. I'll do anything for a good workout! Except Zumba. I've tried it and I'm really not that big of a Zumba fan. But that might just be me! I just am so determined to improve myself overall and I feel as if when I workout I am helping myself on that journey.
This is my first Fitness Friday post and it was kind of a spur of the moment idea so expect a more detailed post next week. I'm trying to post about certain things on certain days to be a little more organized with not only blogging, but also my life in general!
Thank you all for following me and being interested in my journey of life. Today is my last day working at TJ Maxx and I'm really excited to start a new chapter of my life. I just don't know what the chapter will obtain. I guess I'll just see where life takes me and what opportunities arise because at the moment I don't know what I want or where I'll end up. But you know what, that's okay. I don't have to know yet and neither do you. We can all just take our time and be happy with life and take things as they come our way.
Do you guys know what you want out of life? Career wise or just speaking in general. If so, let me know! I'd love to learn more about all of you. (:
