Hello!

I'm Amanda and I just switched my blog from Blogspot to here due to Wordpress letting me have more creativity within my blog posts. Some of you may have followed me from there, but for those of you just discovering me; I'll share a little bit about myself.

I'm 20 years old and I currently have no idea what direction my life is going.  I graduated high school two years ago feeling confused at which route I wanted to take in life. Well I tried the whole college deal and that didn't work out to my advantage, so I'm just in a limbo at the moment.

I'm very passionate about eating healthy and working out. It hasn't always been that way though. Growing up I was pretty unhealthy. My diet basically consisted of chicken nuggets, instant mashed potatoes, and cookies. I got into working out in tenth grade whenever my dad suggested that I join the gym in my town for something to do after school. I gave it a shot and haven't looked back since. It wasn't just like the flip of a light switch for me though. I'd work out, but I did the same routine the majority of the time and didn't change my diet. But just like everything successful, good things take time.

I found running to be my passion and over the past 4 years and just over the past year or so I've gotten into yoga. I will try anything to get a good workout though. I love adventures!

This blog is basically a document of my fitness progress, yummy foods, career adventures, and/or whatever else is occurring in my life. I have a lot of things that I want to eventually share with you guys, so make sure you stay tuned! And remember, I want to hear from you guys!
