Summer is almost officially here and I am so excited. Minus the massive amounts of rainy days that we've been seeing, it's all good. I've been eating my weight in watermelon each day. It's a glorious thing. Usually I just eat the watermelon or blend it up with some ice to drink but today I was feeling something different. That's how this easy watermelon sorbet was born.
It's so refreshing with a hint of lime to give it that extra bit of flavor punch. If you have frozen watermelon on hand then you can whip this up in less than 10 minutes. You can't ask for anything more than that! I'll leave this post short and sweet today just so that you can hurry off to the store to grab a nice melon or run to your kitchen and create this treat. Go, go, go!
Watermelon Sorbet
Serves 2-4
4 cups frozen watermelon
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons almond milk
1/2 lime, juiced
