The last week of June has come and gone. So crazy!
You know what else is crazy? The past week that I experienced.
It consisted of abandoned trolleys, meeting someone new from the internet, star gazing, getting a flat tire, getting 2 hours of sleep, managing to get all of my workouts in, and so much more. I had such a spontaneously exciting week. I want to carry on the spontaneity throughout the upcoming week and even the rest of the summer. Here's to many more adventures and exciting trips.
DAY 176
Went on a cool adventure with Darrin to an abandoned trolley graveyard and it was so awesome! I got a new camera lens finally (I broke mine in 2013, whoops) and took so many pictures. It was tons of fun and had a slightly eerie feeling to it but I loved it!
DAY 177
I meal prepped my whole entire weeks worth of breakfasts and lunches. It only took me about 90 minutes to do and I feel so satisfied having done it. Excited to add this into my weekly routine!
DAY 178
I have so much to say. So much. It can't be fully expressed here. I am sitting at work right now on two hours of sleep. I can't wait to go home, lay in the grass, and share everything on the site. But for now, this will have to do. @plvntstrong and I met up for a spontaneous 10 hour adventure together. It was one of the most beautiful experiences filled with so many memories and lessons taken away from the trip. I can't wait to fully express it this afternoon in my little blog space on the Internet.
DAY 179
After only getting 2 hours of sleep last night I am ready to sleep for the next 12 hours. But I'm buzzing and feeling grateful for my experiences and opportunities (more on them later! I'm slow with finishing my blog post) I came home from work today feeling quite tired and annoyed so I went to the gym and got my workout in. It probably wasn't the best workout ever due to lack of sleep, but I had fun with it and that's what matters. I wanted to come home and sleep the night away but I didn't let myself and for that I was rewarded by feeling uplifted and grateful.
DAY 180
I had such a fun night tonight doing a bunch of random things like jumping on the trampoline. I need to get my act together and do that more often. Things like that sometimes make the biggest impact.
DAY 181
I've been working on clearing space in my days for yoga but instead I just end up making waffles.
DAY 182
Explored all day with Darrin except for during the small thunderstorm interruption in the afternoon. We made burgers, saw a cute little turtle, and watched the sunset. Happy!
That's it for this week! Thanks for stopping by. xx
