A Saturday in the Life - Pittsburgh Food Edition
It’s been a while since I’ve done something like this post but I used to enjoy them so I’m excited to share! It’s 11:47 p.m. and I’m getting this post out there for today because Priorities!
This is a pretty regular Saturday of eating other other pictures of the day! Darrin and I went thrifting and just hung out around the city today and I snapped some pictures to share that happened throughout the day!
We hit up Gluten Free Goat for brunch. It’s been a while since we’ve been there and holy man, it was good! Like really good. I was really impressed and would go back to eat those waffles any day of the week.
Then we went to the farmers market. Crazy enough, it was the first time I’ve been all year! It was pretty busy which is always great to see.
I’ve been thinking about Gluuteny Bakery a lot lately so we stopped by and got cookies and a muffin. Even though I’m not gluten free anymore I really do still love Gluuteny a lot!
Typical Purgatory dinner! They have a veggie burger that I typically get but I’m not eating cashews right now and it contains cashews so I had to branch out and try something new. I got a portobello burger with greens, pineapple, and cucumbers. It was REALLY good!! Very impressed and will definitely get it again!
And finally, after grocery shopping at Whole Foods we finished the evening with milkshakes from The Milkshake Factory! We love going there a lot because they have options for dairy and non-dairy folks.
That’s all for our day of food related adventures! These are all places that we regularly visit and I recommend checking them all out if you’re ever in the area.
Thanks for joining me. Talk to you tomorrow!
