Hello! Happy Wednesday to you! How's it going? I'm here to share with you another "What I Ate Wednesday" post. Woo! I'm sure you're probably thinking, "where are the recipes?!" because it's been a while since I shared one. Well guess what! There will be a new one by the end of this week. Yes, yes, yes. As much as I'm enjoying sharing posts other than recipes, I do miss creating lots of food to enjoy with you all. Working on finding the balance between various posts. I'll get there! But until then, let's all enjoy the delicious foods that I've been eating lately. I've been trying to incorporate more veggies in my life and it's going pretty well! When I'm making food I'm always trying to talk myself out of eating them, but I suck it up and put them in my meals and it's not so bad! Hopefully I'll get the hang of it soon. What's your favorite veggie? Let me know!

Breakfast: 1/2 watermelon
If I were to invite you all over for breakfast someday, this would be what we'd eat. It's no secret that I looove watermelon. I've mentioned before that I usually eat one every day for breakfast and I wasn't kidding. This is the ticket to having a good day. Plus it's such a summertime food and I love summer. Happiness!
Lunch: 10 bananas, blueberries, & arugula
Not the most flattering smoothie, I must admit. But it's one of the tastiest! I put a couple of handfuls of blueberries and arugula in the blender with the bananas and blended it. Then I added some more blueberries because who doesn't love those antioxidant rich little guys. So good! I have a smoothie for lunch almost every day and I love it. If I'm in a hurry then I can take it with me quite easily and if I'm home then I'm able to drink it and get work done online at the same time. Yay for multitasking!
Dinner: Rice, carrots, broccoli, lettuce, potatoes, and oregano
Veggies!! Look at that. Broccoli was always a food that I was like "nope, never ever." Today I was at the store and was scoping out the veggie section when I found the broccoli. I don't know why but I bought it and now we're friends. How exciting! This is all organic and I believe that if possible, it is very important to buy organic. It's better for the environment and your body. I think that's pretty important stuff! Plus it tastes so much better. Mmm.
That's it for today guys! I am getting ready to go to bed. I have an early morning run to get in tomorrow and I need my rest for it. Rest is important! Sleep well, eat well, and be well! I'll leave you with these pictures of me and Roxy.
Let me know what you're eating lately in the comments below! Talk to you guys soon!
