I love fresh juice. It's awesome. I don't make it often though and usually just buy it when the opportunity arises because I hate cleaning the juicer. It's really not that bad, but I never actually realize that until after I make the juice. I can't be the only one that does that. But I definitely need to get into the habit of juicing regularly!
Fresh juice has so many benefits. It's like an instant boost of vitamins and minerals straight into your system. Instant recharge! And that's something that we all need in our lives, especially during the winter when the chance of getting sick increases so much.
Today I'm sharing a very simple juice recipe with you. Simple is good though, in my opinion. You want to consume pure foods to allow your body to thrive and live a healthy, happy life. I always juice organic fruits and vegetables to ensure that I'm not drinking any pesticides or unwanted chemicals in my juices. I recommend doing the same, if possible! Enough of that though, let's get to it.
Carrot Apple Juice
serves 1
5 large carrots
1 gala apple
In your juicer, juice together ingredients. Serve, enjoy!
