I subbed a few yoga classes the past two weeks for a friend. I don't teach regularly which is really a shame because I think that it would be a great thing for me to do. But I'm very limited with places to lead classes where I live so I'm in a bit of a sticky situation currently and have been for like 2 years, but that's a whole other story completely. Maybe I'll share it sometime. Anyways, I found myself going straight from work to yoga with little time in between to eat or anything. That's where these brownie bites came in handy. Before going to practice yoga or lead a yoga class I don't really want to eat a huge meal but I don't want to be hungry either. I threw these brownie bites into a container and snacked on them on the drive to and from yoga.
So quick. So easy. So delicious. So addicting.
